Hearing the #41 Larry Hedrick team and driver David Green have parted ways, Dick Trickle is supposed to take the wheel at NHIS this weekend. Have not been able to confirm this — UPDATE: TNN’s motorsports site reports that David Green has signed with Tyler Jet Motorsports to pilot the #45 for the rest of the 1999 season starting at NHIS in the Dura Lube/Kmart 300 at Loudon. Green will continue an association with his former Cup boss Larry Hedrick by driving the #41 AFG BGN car for the rest of 1999. No word on who will drive the the #41 at NHIS, but rumor has Trickle in the car — UPDATE: Larry Hedrick Motorsports announced today that long time NASCAR Winston Cup veteran Dick Trickle will take over the wheel as driver of the #41 Kodiak/Larry Hedrick Motorsports Chevrolet Monte Carlo for the remainder of the 1999 season.
