Tommy Morgan’s father, Thomas F. Morgan, passed away Friday afternoon after a short illness at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Baltimore. Morgan was at Dover for the race after heading home to be with family. Morgan is the crew chief of the #26 Cheerios Ford
