Richert will not be back with the #28 in 2000 as Michael McSwain will come over with 2000 #28 driver Ricky Rudd. Some rumors have Richert going to the #98 or #75 — UPDATE: But I now hear it’ll be to the new #32 Tide Ford team owned by Cal Wells — UPDATE 2: Per RPM2Nite – Doug Richert will move to the new Cal Wells Cup team
