Driver Tom Hubert has spent 1999 behind the wheel in each of the top touring NASCAR divisions- he has driven in the NASCAR Winston Cup series for Joyner-Kersee Racing, in the Busch Grand National series for Bill Davis Racing, and in the Craftsm,an Truck Series for Tom Gloy. He’s out looking now for a full time ride in any of the top three divisions, especially the Busch Grand National division. Only one time in 1999 did Hubert not qualify for an event- in the August Michigan Winston Cup event Tom hit the wall during practice and wrecked his primary car(10-28-1999)
