Bob Kersee, who co-owns a NASCAR Winston Cup team(#19) with wife, Jackie Joyner-Kersee, and Kurt Roehrig, said the team will debut at the Daytona 500 regardless of its sponsorship situation. The team has not sighned a primary major sponsor. Kersee said he’s close to announcing a group of investors that will put more than $1.5 million into the team.
