Fenley/Moore Motorsports has hired Southwest Tour driver Damon Lusk to a five year deal. The plan is for Lusk to run in 16 of the 20 ARCA events in 2000 and a few BGN events then run a full BGN season in 2001 and eventually take over the Winston Cup ride from Cope who played a part in hand-picking his successor. Former NASCAR driver James Hylton will serve as general manager of the newly created Fenley/Hylton Motorsports, a division that will be owned by the Fenleys and run by Hylton. Hylton competed in the ARCA series himself last year at age 63 and had two top-10 finishes and has two Winston Cup wins to his credit(full story at GoUpstate)(1-4-2000)
