Dale Jarrett was running in the top five until the late going when a tire started going down on his #88 Ford(That’s Racin’) on the hood was two hands shaking and with the saying “A Promise Kept” above them, no idea what it was for(3-27-2000) UPDATE: heard from a few Ford employee’s who were nice enough to explain the hood: Our brand(Ford) is Quality Care at your Service.
