Dick Trickle was contacted by Joe Bessey owner of the #60 Power Team to take over the driver’s seat at Texas. The #60 Power Team hopes Dick can help them in their qualifying efforts. They’ve had to use all but one of their remaining provisionals thus far this season. The team has worked well with Ted Musgrave since he took over the driving duties for Geoff Bodine during his recovery, but they continue to struggle each week. They hope that Dick can help them possibly with set-ups and input as he did for the #14 Conseco team(Dick Trickle Fanclub Site) no word on Musgrave’s plans(3-27-2000) UPDATE: just in from Power Team – Bessey Motorsports has announced that Dick Trickle will substitute for the injured Geoffrey Bodine in the #60 Power Team Chevrolet this weekend.
