been getting many questions concerning the comments made by Buddy Baker during the BGN race at NHIS. Baker said that he had tested the #2 Ford for Penske and Rusty Wallace along with a young driver, but didn’t say who. I hear it was Ryan Newman and it may had been an ARCA car. That is all I hear at present(5-16-2000) UPDATE: hearing that Penske will start an ARCA team for Newman to run some races in 2000-2001(5-18-2000)
