Morgan Shepherd will return to the driver’s seat of the #23 Red Line Oil Chevy at Texas. The #23 truck will a Richard Jackson built engine in it(6-6-2000)
UPDATE: Carl Long will be replacing Morgan Shepherd in the #23 Red Line Oil truck for the CTS race at Texas. Shepherd decided no to drive the truck, no idea why(6-7-2000)
