Rich Bickle has been named as the relief driver for Terry Labonte in this weekend’s Pennsylvania 500 at Pocono. Bickle will practice and qualify the Hendrick Motorsports #5 Kellogg’s Chevy for Labonte, who suffered a broken right leg in a crash at Daytona in the Pepsi 400 on July 1. Labonte will start the Pocono race giving way to Bickle at the first caution flag of the event(Speedway Illustrated)(7-20-2000) UPDATE: Bickle qualified the #5 Kelloggs Chevy 22nd and will practice the car on Saturday. Labonte will start on Sunday, falling back from 22nd to the back of the field, then Bickle will get in the car at the first caution(7-21-2000)
