#01-Ted Musgrave had to start at the rear of the field after missing the mandatory driver’s meeting two hours before the race’s start. It wasn’t much of a penalty since Musgrave was scheduled to start 41st in the 43-car field. #11-Brett Bodine ‘s car didn’t make it to the starting grid because it was 90 minutes late for the pre-race technical inspection.
