On Thursday’s RPM 2Night show on ESPN2, Matt Yocum reported that Terry Labonte, who will sit out of his third straight Cup race this weekend, tested his brother’s Cup car(Bobby’s #18) at Lakeland, FL on Wednesday and had no ill effects as he did at Bristol on Monday. Labonte’s Doctor said to help speed up the recovery process (effects from a concussion) that Labonte should ride roller coasters(wonder if his insurance covered that?). So Labonte flew to Kings Dominion in Virginia and rode the roller coasters there all day. Further updates on Labonte’s condition will come Saturday when he goes to Michigan for the race weekend(RPM 2Night)(8-18-2000)
