Raines Update: Tony Raines was released today after being treated for a mild concussion and fractured shoulder blade following Friday night’s accident with Hank Parker Jr and Jimmy Spencer in the BGN race. Raines is being treated by the same doctor who treated Terry Labonte recently, and is expected to be ok for Dover in two weeks.
