since teams cannot test at NHIS this week (until practice on Friday), some teams are testing at other tracks: #1-Steve Park, will test at Milwaukee this week(PitNow); #21-Elliott Sadler tested a restricotr plate in a test run on Saturday in Richmond, the run slowed Sadler’s car by more than a second a lap compared to the lap times without the restrictor plate(which equates to 6-10mph less)(Cox Marketing PR)(9-11-2000)
