Action Performance Companies Inc., a Phoenix-based business with 1999 sales of $340 million, will consolidate operations and relocate to Charlotte. The company opened a 125,000-square-foot facility on Performance Drive in Harrisburg two years ago. That location has room to add 100,000 square feet. NASCAR-related collectibles account for 70% of Action Performance sales.
