Shawna Robinsons ARCA RE/MAX Series team will have have engines from Robert Yates Racing. Robinsons #8 ARCA Ford team has been participating in a three-day test at Daytona over the past weekend in preparation for the ARCA season opener. Along with the new engines, Robinson has a new crew chief in Joe Dan Bailey. Bailey has crewed for Dale Earnhardt, Jeremy Mayfield and Derrike Cope, but his stint with Robinson in 2001 will be his first as crew chief. Along with the Feb. 11 opener at Daytona, Robinson plans to run 12 other ARCA events and seven NASCAR Winston Cup races in 2001(That’s Racin’)(12-20-2000)
