James Hylton of Hylton Motorsports, Inc. will field the #48 Ford Taurus with two business men from Clearwater, Florida starting in the Daytona ARCA race. James Hylton, a NASCAR Winston Cup race winner will be teamed up with J.C. Weaver of “Mountain Rock Music” and Skip Sciarra of “Southern Thunder, a race truck experience.” Both Weaver and Sciarra have NASCAR ownership experience. The #48 team will field the race team out of Inman, SC and the offices out of Clearwater, FL. Donny Morelock of Largo, FL will be behind the wheel of the #48. Morelock is an accomplished driver who most recently competed successfully in several CTS races for Bobby Hamilton Racing. The team plans to promote the record label “Mountain Rock Music” and the “Southern Thunder driving experience” only as an associate sponsor. They are currently presenting several cost effective packages to potential sponsors(1-25-2001)
