Earnhardt Honored: Texas Motor Speedway General Manager Eddie Gossage was joined by Denton County Judge Scott Armey, Fort Worth Mayor Kenneth Barr and Texas Lt. Governor Bill Ratliff to announce a special tribute to the late Dale Earnhardt. A new interchange being built at the northeast corner of the speedway and Interstate 35-W will be named Dale Earnhardt Way. The announcement, which was well received by the fans, also included an unveiling of a highway exit sign which will be erected along I-35W.
