Stock Car Fans newsletter is reporting that #34,36,66 team owner Frank Cicci sent out a fax yesterday morning to all the BGN teams, calling for a meeting with NASCAR at his facility(5-16-2001)
UPDATE: After several months of consideration, Frank Cicci has finally set up a meeting with fellow Busch Series car owners, and, hopefully, NASCAR officials, to discuss a number of problems facing the division. The meeting is scheduled for May 24, the Thursday before Charlotte’s Busch event, at Cicci’s shop in Concord, N.C. Cicci expects most, if not all, of the top 25 in car owner points to attend.
