Stricklin/Donlavey: Hut Stricklin finished sixth in the Junie Donlavey-owned #90 Ford, the team’s best finish since 1998. Since Phillip Lopez, a former crew chief for A.J. Foyt Racing and Dale Earnhardt Inc., joined the team as a consultant in April, Stricklin has posted four top-20 finishes in the past six races(That’s Racin’), it was also Stricklin’s best finish since a 2nd in the Southern 500 at Darlington in 1996(6-11-2001)
