Team 23 owner Phil Bonifield announced today that Late Model driver Dana White had been signed to drive the number 23 Quality Outdoor Products Chevrolet on the CTS. White, a Late Model standout, from the Charlotte region, will compete in six or more events this season. In another development, Quality Built Carports announced that they would sponsor the Team 23 operation. According to President Jerry Holt, the addition of driver Dana White adds value to the Team 23 image and will help increase exposure for his product line with the series events bring shown on the ESPN family of networks.(Team 23 PR)(6-21-2001)
