L&R Motorsports has announced the signing of John Monsam as crew chief for Lance Norick’s #90 Aventis Behring Choice team for the remainder of the 2001 Season. Monsam had been consulting with the team since the Pike’s Peak race in May and will begin his new role with the team effective immediately. He has been a crew chief since 1993, most recently with the now-defunct Phelon Motorsports Team with Rick Carelli as the driver(NASCAR.com)(6-26-2001)
