3rd ppc Racing team?ppc Racing’s two Busch Series teams, owners Greg Pollex and Keith Barnwell are seriously exploring the possibility of fielding a third team next season. Billy Parker has qualified a third ppc Racing car in one race this year, and plans to do so again at Indianapolis Raceway Park.
