Little E dons a head restraint UPDATE Stewart and Spencer are the only non wearers: #8-Dale Earnhardt Jr., at the urging of several fellow Winston Cup drivers, wore a head-and-neck restraint device for the first time in Saturday afternoon’s final practice session at Michigan. “I was just trying it out,” Earnhardt Jr. said. “In the past week or so a couple of drivers asked me if I would try it out.
