Stewart 2nd in ARCA race: Tony Stewart and Ken Schrader spent their Labor Day holidays doing what seems to be the only thing they consider relaxing — driving a race car. Stewart whiled away his Monday afternoon at the DuQuoin (Ill.) State Fairgrounds trying unsuccessfully to run down ARCA teammate and two-time champion Frank Kimmel who went on to win the Federated Auto Parts Southern Illinois 100 on the dirt mile. 1999 series champion Bill Baird, making his first start of the year, finished third with eight-time ARCA winner Ken Schrader in fourth.(see full story at That’s Racin’)(9-4-2001)
