#44 G-P/Petty driver Buckshot Jones Launches Teen Driving Program: Georgia-Pacific Teen Safety 500 Puts Responsible Drivers on the Lead Lap; Richmond Teens Will Work Toward National Goal of One Million Safe Miles – With the Georgia-Pacific Teen Safety 500, students from two area high schools who put safety first behind the wheel and log crash-free and violation-free miles will earn cash for their school, prizes for themselves and bragging rights over their rival school. NASCAR Winston Cup driver Buckshot Jones, who drives the #44 Georgia-Pacific Dodge Intrepid for Petty Enterprises, will be joined by Georgia-Pacific Executive Vice President John Rasor, and state highway safety and education officials for the Virginia launch of this national model program at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 6, 2001, at Thomas Dale High School (3626 W. Hundred Rd., Chester, VA). The Georgia-Pacific Teen Safety 500 challenges students at Thomas Dale High School and Lloyd C.
