Rusty to be penalized? UPDATE: NASCAR is expected to issue a penalty against Wallace by Tuesday for his bump and spin of Rudd during last weekend’s race at Dover, Del. Rudd was the race leader at the time. Sources said the penalty is being issued for Wallace’s “unrepentant” attitude following the incident. Rudd and Wallace got into a mostly verbal confrontation in the garage area after the race. Rudd was attempting to put Wallace a lap down at the time of the incident. The two got into a physical confrontation in the garage area following the race.
