Atlanta Tuesday Testing: #30-Jeff Green set the fast lap Tuesday in a test of 12 Cup drivers preparing for the Nov. 18 NAPA 500 at Atlanta. Greens quickest lap around the 1.54-mile quad-oval was 188.124mph. #45-Kyle Petty and #13-Hermie Sadler, attempting to make his second Cup race of the season, clocked identical laps at 187.108mph to grab the second-fastest time of the day. #93-Hut Stricklin, putting in a lap of 186.103mph in the Bill Davis Dodge hell drive next season. Stricklin said Monday he will make his debut with the Bill Davis team in the Nov. 18 NAPA 500. Stricklin will drive a third car, teaming with Dave Blaney and Ward Burton.
