Yates Crew to wear helmets: FSN’s Totally NASCAR reports that the Robert Yates Racing teams (#28 and #88) crew must wear helmets if they go over the wall AND Robert Yates said Tuesday he would equip his two Winston Cup teams with helmets beginning with Sunday’s NAPA 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Roush Racing experimented with helmets, but its crews have not been using them this year. Jeff Burton said he’d like to see that change as soon as possible.(That’s Racin’)(11-13-2001)
