Hooper and Petree UPDATE: it was reported during NAPA 500 Happy Hour coverage on TNT that the #47-Lance Hooper car is from Andy Petree Racing and is being used to test the new one engine rule for 2002, practice, qualifying and racing on one engine, so APR can get results and see how it works out, get a head start for 2002. Hooper starts from 36th(11-17-2001) UPDATE: The #47 Chevrolet fielded by owner Andy Petree attempted to run the same motor for qualifying, practice and the race in anticipation of next year’s single-engine rule.
