After a year on the sidelines, Lyndon Amick could be returning to full-time competition in the Busch Series with Carroll Racing. Team owner Dave Carroll and current driver Bobby Hamilton Jr. are evidently going their separate ways. Carroll has at least two other options for sponsor Dr. Pepper, but calls Amick his first choice. Despite rumors to the contrary, an agreement with Amick would not hinge on the driver bringing engines built by a family owned company to the table. A decision should be made by late November.
