Elton Sawyer is hoping Bill Davis can help provide a solution. If Sawyer and/or Davis can come up with funding, the veteran driver will team with sophomore Scott Wimmer this year. If not, Sawyer will be forced to keep looking. “If we can get money to do it, that’s where I’m gonna go,” Sawyer said. “It’d be in addition to what he already has. We’ve talked about it, but the bottom line is we’ve gotta get the money to do it. It’s obviously a great organization. Of the places I would want to go, it’s the top of the list.
