Jarrett Shop: Dale Jarrett Inc. unveiled its new $3 million, 25,000-square-foot headquarters in Catawba County [NC] to the public last week. The facility houses corporate offices for 12 employees, a 5,000-square-foot showroom, the Jarrett fan club and a retail shop — all open to fans during race season. The new facility replaces a 14,000-square-foot Conover building Jarrett sold last year, along with a Busch Series race team [not in operations any longer]. The facility doesn’t include a race-car shop..(Business Journal)(2-5-2002)
