Marlin Testing: #40-Sterling Marlin is spending this week testing at two different tracks. The Coors Light Dodge team tested at Memphis Motorsports Park on Tuesday and will finish up there Wednesday. Thursday and Friday Marlin will turn laps at Kentucky Speedway. Since the Winston Cup Series does not visit those two facilities, the tests do not count against the teams’ allotment of seven. Why the hectic test schedule? According to Marlin “the stuff has changed so much it’s crazy track set-ups that work, so we have to get back and find out what the cars want and what the cars need and how to make adjustments.”(PRN’s Garage Pass)(6-26-2002)
