Mac Tools announced they will sponsor Tim Sauter and his #19 AP Performance car for the BGN race at Bristol Motor Speedway Friday, August 23. To highlight the one-race, primary sponsorship association, Sauter’s #19 Chevy will sport a special red rocket paint scheme, complete with reflective Mac Tool decals, when the event takes the green flag under the lights at the famed Bristol track. Sauter and his AP Performance Racing team have had an impressive first season on the Busch Series circuit despite not having a primary sponsor. The team has consistently run in the Top-15 and currently ranks 14th in the 2002 BGN championship standings.
