Johnson Cookbook Flossie Johnson, known within the NASCAR community for her extraordinary southern cooking, will share her culinary secrets when she introduces a new cookbook, “Flossie’s Favorites Too”, Wednesday, Oct. 9, at The Speedway Club at Lowe’s Motor Speedway. Johnson, the former wife of NASCAR legend Junior Johnson, will host a private signing for several special guests including Darrell and Stevie Waltrip, Bill and Cindy Elliott and “Humpy” and Pat Wheeler at 11 a.m. in The Speedway Club restaurant.
