New 2003 Scheme for the #99: More than 3,000 CITGO marketers witnessed the unveiling of the #99 CITGO Ford 2003 paint scheme at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, TN. Roush Racing team owner, Jack Roush, made the trip to the Opryland Hotel for the unveiling as CITGO driver Jeff Burton remained at Lowe’s Motor Speedway. Roush unveiled the new paint scheme with W.A. DeVore, senior vice president of marketing, light oils and lubricants for CITGO. The paint scheme was revealed in conjunction with CITGO’s annual President’s Meeting. The President’s Meeting is an intense, four-day event where CITGO’s top marketers learn about product and retail development as well as new ways to leverage the CITGO brand through various promotional platforms, including NASCAR.(Cox Marketing).
