Tom Hubert, considered a road course specialist, has plans to step up his driving career in 2003 in the BGN. The 33-year-old is a team member for Bill Davis Racing and has substituted on several occasions in both the Winston Cup and BGN. Ive got funding in place, said Hubert, right now I am just looking for the right situation. Hubert said that he would entertain a full or limited schedule with the right team.(PR)(10-17-2002)
