Starr and Cup? David Starr said he is weighing his options for next season, including interest from several Winston Cup teams. Starr said it’s possible he will return as the driver of the #75 Spears Manufacturing Chevy in the Craftsman Truck Series, but it’s also possible he will accept an offer to move up to Busch or Winston Cup. “For now, I’m just focusing on finishing the season strong,” Starr said. “After that I will go over some of the things that have been offered me.
