STA-RITE has agreed to renew their sponsorship with Tommy Baldwin Racing [TBR] to run a limited program for the 2003 BGN with Rookie of the Year contender Damon Lusk behind the wheel. Although a specific schedule is still being fine-tuned, STA-RITE will race the TBR Dodge in the Series season opener at Daytona International Speedway on February 15th for the “Koolerz 300”. Lusk, 25, ran two races for TBR last season at Richmond and Atlanta. “We’re just really excited about our future,” said co-owner Tommy Baldwin, “We know Damon is going to make it all the way to the top of this sport and we are very confident in his abilities. Having STA-RITE working hard to support us again is just what we needed to advance our team, Damon’s career and ultimately, STA-RITE’s marketability and brand awareness.” STA-RITE will be the primary sponsor starting in Daytona. They are eager to continue with the development of the TBR program.
