Diane Bodine, wife of #11 NASCAR driver Brett Bodine, will travel to Walton County [GA] to face felony charges that she harassed a Loganville woman her husband met via his association with Hooters Restaurants. Capt. Ray Parker of the Walton County Sheriffs Department said Bodine has offered to appear in Monroe on Feb. 4 with her attorney to avoid extradition. Walton County issued felony arrest warrants for Bodine based on harassing phone calls Bodine allegedly made to the Loganville woman Brett Bodine met through Hooters of America Inc., sponsors of his race car. The Sheriffs Department in Volusia County, Fla., arrested Bodine Jan. 16 at her Daytona Beach home.
