Bryan Reffner, who won the ASA title in 1995 and CTS rookie honors in 96, has returned to his hometown of Wisconsin Rapids for another run at ASA. Reffner has teamed with Eau Claire, WI businessman John Menard who Reffner drove for Menard in the Truck Series, but Menard folded the team in mid-2001.(Wilmington Star)(1-31-2003)
