Lance Hooper rolled out the #01 Fans Motorsports Chevy at Lowe’s Motor Speedway for the open testing session. The team will be attempting its first race next weekend at Lowe’s in the Hardee’s 200. Hooper has competed in Winston Cup, Busch and ARCA events. Lucas Oil has signed on as the teams primary sponsor for Lowe’s race.
