Atwood, plus a 3rd Team? UPDATE Fedawa may drive:

Armando Fitz has sponsorship for Earnhardt’s current team locked in for next year and backing from Jani-King and another sponsor he wouldn’t name already signed for a second team in 2004. Not only that, but Fitz is in serious negotaitons concerning a third full-time operation next year. “If the Navy comes on board [which it did] with the second car, then we have 25 races sold for the third team,” says Fitz. UPDATE: Veteran Busch Series driver Tim Fedewa is anxious to get back behind the wheel. He’s been working as a coach for Kerry Earnhardt and spotting for Bill Elliott. He’s working on coming back later this summer, driving a third FitzBradshaw entry. He made nine starts last season and has four Busch Series wins to his credit since making his series debut in 1992. “I think we’re pretty close right now do firming it up, and hopefully… tentatively, we’d like to start running at IRP in August so if we can do that, I think we’ve got 10 races,” Tim Fedewa said. “If we can do a good job for the sponsor and FitzBradshaw, I think we can get something for next year. That would really be exciting for me.”(Fox Sports Net Totally NASCAR)(6-11-2003)
