Norick to drive the #30 at DIS:

Lance Norick has signed on to drive the #30 Express Personnel Services Dodge at Daytona this week in the NASCAR Busch Series. “We’re glad to have Lance and Express onboard with us in Daytona,” said Todd Braun, owner of Braun Racing. “Lance has several years of experience in the [NASCAR Craftsman] Truck Series and at Daytona which will be an advantage.” Norick, 34, from Oklahoma City, OK, is in his first season of NASCAR Busch series competition. This will be his first attempt at Daytona in the Busch Series; however his career best finish in the Truck Series came at the track in 2001 where he finished fourth. “I’m excited to be driving for Braun this weekend,” stated Norick. “They had really good equipment earlier this year at Daytona and I believe the car will be strong again this race too.” Express Personnel Services began its NASCAR sponsorship in the Truck Series with Norick during the 2002 racing season. Having researched racing sponsorships for several years, Express chose to affiliate with Norick and his company L&R Motorsports based on common corporate values. This year the company decided to move up with Norick to the Busch Series. “Lance and Express have a strong partnership and we welcome Express as a sponsor this week because they are committed to their racing program as well as Lance,” stated Braun.(Braun Racing PR)(7-1-2003)
