#16-Travis Kvapil took advantage of some hard luck by #6-Kevin Harvick to win the O’Reilly 200 Wednesday night at Bristol Motor Speedway. As the white flag was coming out, Harvick appeared to cut a right-front tire and hit the wall. Kvapil, who was closing on Harvick during the previous few laps, took the lead and the victory. For Kvapil, the series points leader, it’s his first win of 2003. The rest of the top five were: #59-Robert Pressley, #14-Rick Crawford, #62-Brendan Gaughan and #46-Dennis Setzer. Harvick was credited with a 10th-place finish. Pole Sitter, #1-Ted Musgrave finished 15th. The race was slowed six times by caution for 27 laps.
