Winn-Dixie and PepsiCo will jointly sponsor the August 30, 2003 NASCAR Busch Series event at Darlington Raceway. The race will be called “The Winn-Dixie 200 presented by PepsiCo.” PepsiCo’s major brand families include Gatorade, Pepsi-cola, Tropicana, Frito-Lay and Quaker. The company has sponsored the Mountain Dew Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway since 1992. Gatorade, sponsor of the fall 2002 NASCAR Busch Series race at Darlington, the Gatorade 200, recently expanded their long-time relationship with the track to include naming rights to the track’s most coveted parking spot.
