The team’s #49 Advil Liqui-Gels Ford entry has a female driver in Tammy Jo Kirk, and a female general manager in Elaine Hughes, who’s also gone over the wall on several occasions to carry tires or handle the catch can. There’s Louise Kritzberger, who works with tires for the team. And Catherine Roby is a part-time mechanic who’s changed the front tires. And that’s just the female contingent.
