NASCAR has canceled qualifying for the Busch and Winston Cup events at Dover International Speedway as part of a contingency plan implemented due to the impending arrival of Hurricane Isabel. Starting lineups will be based on owner points standings. Kevin Harvick will start from the pole for Saturday’s Stacker 200.
